Rao'sSoup Pasta & Fagioli, 1 Pound (Pack of 6)

Too bad Mayor DeBlasio shut down all the food production in NYC. Rao's restaurant has been in business since the late nineteenth century or something? They may never get back on their feet again and we would all miss this excellent soup.

Used with Rao’s pasta. Couldn’t tell the difference in the expensive homemade sauce the one one I regularly buy. I think it is an outstretched sales campaign to up sell what you already have. Not impressed, sorry.

Product is great. I received it in a timely manner. However the photo is how UPS delivered my package. A box marked fragile should NOT be dented in on one side. Luckily due to the superior packing, my jars were not damaged.

I ordered the 6 jars and 2 of the jars seal was broken. They leak all over the other jars. Talk about something that smell bad.

This isn't bad soup. Better than most (nothing compared to my grandmother's, though).But at this price? Is this a joke? Fred Meyer in Seattle sells it for less than $6. Safeway, less than $8. Less than a month ago, I was buying it for $3.50 a jar at Safeway when it was on sale. I mean, c'mon ... this is soup, not caviar.Hard to believe that "supply chain issues" could drive up the price of pasta and beans this much.I can (and will) make my own at home for less than $1 a pint. I have Grandma Mae's recipe.

I am a huge fan of Rao’s marinara and tomato and basil pasta sauces, so was curious to try this soup. Sorry to say, it is a little too salty for my taste and doesn’t compare with their delicious pasta sauces.

I have purchased this soup at the grocery store and I love the taste. Note to Gene O - This is soup and not intended as a pasta sauce.
