Good product that works as expected
I have used it for a few days now. It is costlier than some other 4 slice toasters, but after a couple of bad experiences with another toaster and returning that, I ended up getting this. The timer works as expected, the bread browns as expected, popup works as expected - basically it does what it says. One con is that the power cord is really short - the socket would have to be just next to the toaster.

Would have been more convenient if the trays opened along the longitudinal axis.Outer metallic covers get unduly hot. It's rather thin skinned.All in all, a recommendable product.
