With this Montolit Masterpiupa Tile cutter, you do not have that problem, with the regular Ruby Ts or Tx series, breaking the tile appropriately is a problem, especially with the Ruby Ts 60’s . With this Tile cutter, because of the one thick shaft, your scouring of the tile is 99 - 100% accurate. The blade lasts very long, the cutting bar does not warp with use, neither does it rust. And the breaker system is excellent. I have had 3 of them in 20yrs, and all 3 are still working. The newer ones are so much cooler. They are all different sizes that i bought to meet my needs.
