Product not working and I am not able to book replacement on Amazon due to it's idiotic policy
I checked the product after connecting the starter, filling clean water. Light is glowing in the starter but the water pump is not starting. After checking the voltage, I tried to start the pump, same result- Not working.Tried to book replacement but amazon app is asking me upload photos with visible defect. But there is no visible defect, how the hell do I get it replaced?

Fake product
Plz don’t buy this product it’s not working. Then I applied for replacement but Amazon fail to replace my item. But infect the delivery agent close the delivery without visiting my place as problem accorded. Now they have proposed refund in 13 days but I don’t think I will get my refund also so guys plz don’t buy this product even 1 star is more for this product
