Cosstek RnR Inverted Umbrella - Compact 100% Windproof and Waterproof (Sky Blue)

This was bought as a gift for Christmas. We decided to try it today and it fell apart. It opened up okay but, trying to close it and put it back in it’s protective case didn’t work. There is a bit of plastic that came loose and every time we try to use the buttons after securing it , it just pops back out. I know I can’t return it as it was bought earlier in the year but, I presume I get a years guarantee ?If so, would you please send me exchange instructions for this product ad it wasn’t even taken out of the wrapping until today .I have given this item 3 stars as it seems decent material, And, the idea is a good one.Updated review.Since this post the company have been in touch and have offered to replace/refund the item. Their customer service is second to none and I would not hesitate to buy from this site again.Thank you very much for your prompt service and I’m 100% satisfied and feel that it’s now a 5* review.Thank you all so much again.

Arrived the next day well packaged. Very sturdy and clever umbrella. Never saw one like this in the U.K before. No mess when I need to put it away when it's wet, just folds in on itself so that the outside stays on the inside and you can put it straight into your handbag without getting everything else wet. Was quite a windy day when I used it and there and I had no problems with it turning inside out like all my previous umbrellas. I think this is due to the different design. Very happy with product and well worth the money as it should last a long time.

(-) the top little knob holding the fabric in the center flew off at the first use, I have glued it back with acrylic glue (poor plastic piece)(-) kind of wobbly in the wind, it doesn't click in place, just stay open so the wind can shut it(+) good thick fabric(+) good size umbrella fits 2 people(+) good handle good grip(!) warning - opening is quite strong, stay away from people, it can hurt (quite a pop up)

Brilliant umbrella love the way it folds in on itself to keep my handbag dry! Big canopy and sturdy in windy weather. Would recommend. Only downside is it's heavier than my usual brand and stiff when trying to collapse after you've pressed button.

Great Umbrella, I think! BUT covered in BLACK trim.I wanted a NAVY blue umbrella and thought I was buying a NAVY blue umbrella.I wouldn't ever want Black on a NAVY blue item.The Colour description is v.v.v. miss-leading. It should read, Navy Blue, White & BLACK!I look forward to receiving my refund on the return.Thanks anyhow.

I like that the umbrella doesn't get everything wet when it's folded, and also that it is easy to put it up as you get out of the car. The only negative thing is that it is quite heavy to carry around. I suppose that reflects on the build quality though so hopefully it will last a while.

My new brolly had its first outing on a wet and windy morning. So far, so good and hopefully it will last for many years to come. Such a clever design; eventhough its the same diameter as my old windproof brolly, its lighter and fits in my bag more easily, as it folds into three sections!! Really pleased with my purchase.

Having read reviews I was concerned this would be heavy and not work very well. I have had this for several months and it not only works exactly as it says it will, but is surprisingly lighter than some have described (but still heavier than the average similar model). Used in wind and rain and did not flip.
