Great product, worth the price-Can't wait to see the product line grow!
My hair ranges between mostly 4a/b (with a few sprinkles of 3c) and this clamp allows me to let my curls hang free without being bunched in a hair tie or scrungee, which I would need at least 5 or 6 of them to keep my hair up. Its durable, its strong plastic with a metal flexon to allow for repeated bending and flexing. Its versatile it can make ponytails, buns and if it can hold my twists up I'm almost positive it works for locks and thicker hair. Iam very eager to see this develop into a line with smaller sizes and more colors. By that time I hope the price comes down just a tad so I could buy more. Right now the price is a bit high, but I can understand since this is a new product. I did have to choose between this or two bottles of my most expensive fave conditioner with a little money leftover for hair accessories, but this was well worth the investment, I would made the choice over again! Thanks to the YouTube demos on how to use the Puff Cuff helped me to use the clamp better. Can't wait for the smaller ones so my daughter and I can rock our Puff Cuffs together! Thanks so much Ms. Lash! Good luck and blessings!

Game changer - get it!
I have thick bra length microlocs - at work mostly this cuff is a life saver. I’m able to put my hair up comfortably and it doesn’t slide or pull which I love. It’s a game changer.

Sending this back A.S.A.P!!!!!
So I received my product yesterday. I was VERY excited to get it! I tried to use it several times and for some reason it did not work for me. I posted a comment on the Facebook Page of PuffCuff. It was not negative at all but apparently it was not the "GOOD" review that she wanted. I posted that I had just received my puffCuff but it was not working for me at all and maybe that I was doing something wrong. The next day my comment had been deleted. So instead of her reaching out to me to offer suggestions or to see why it wasn't working she just dismissed it all together. What kind of customer service is that? I even sent her private message after I noticed that it was deleted and there was NO response. She's making all these posts on her page how she wants people to provide feedback etc but really what she means is she only wants positive feedback. I am sending this product back mostly on the sucky customer service. If someone would have at least reached out to me I would have been happy to give it another try. I value good customer service and unfortunately a lot of business's lack it these days especially a lot of black businesses and I try to support small black business's as much as possible but the attitudes, lack of professionalism and customer service usually sucks! I would not suggest purchasing this item unless you are fine w/ giving your money to a business that does not really care about its customers!! I will keep MY hard earned money!!!UPDATE: The owner did end up replying to my message and this is what she said: "I'm trying to launch a new product and would like public post to be as positive as possible" So there you have it. If she is filtering her reviews based on POSITIVE only then she is being dishonest. I like to read both positive AND Negative reviews when purchasing products. Be weary of companies that only show positive reviews. They are possibly filtering all the bad ones out. That is NOT good a good business practice. At least this is one honest review that she can't delete.UPDATE 3/9/14: I decided to post part of my reply that I gave to another person so that people can see my actual review on the product. One of the things stated that this product would not do was pull at your hair. My hair got tangled in this thing every single time I tried it. It reminded me of those old school banana clips and those always got tangled in my hair. This is no different, its just round. This size was way too big and bulky and when I got it on to how I thought I may like it, it was just too tight and pulling at my edges. When I put it on loser, it was worst. So yes most of this review was about her customer service because I feel that is just as important too, but the product was certainly not worth the money either, it DOES pull hair and get tangled in the teeth and it was no different than a lot of other products like this that don't work. I have since found something that actually works and my puffs are amazing! The cost is a lot cheaper and it doesn't tangle or pull my hair. Hope this helps.

Eh. They're okay.
These work well enough, but I find myself constantly going back to the cheaper one I bought before. I was hoping these would be better, but they're harder to clip closed. It's nice to have size options, and that's the main benefit of the puff cuffs. The cheaper brand only has one size.

Good product
I have the two larger ones in black. My hair is 4c about 10-12 inches and natural. Perfect item for puffs and pineapples and braid/twist outs. Best pet is no painful rubber bands u forget it’s there. I took off 1 star because it gets tangled in ur hair where the clamp bends at

Disappointed!!!
Edited 2/12/25 leaving my original review below because I still have the Cantù clips and have no issues with them, while this broke in two when taking it out of my hair today. It’s not even been 6 months. The Cantù clips I’ve had for well over a year or more. Extremely disappointing!!!Original review below.I bought the Cantù version at Target and was very pleased. Sadly it only. Same in one size and I really needed options. I was hesitant to purchase because or the higher cost and I had to pay additional shipping. But I finally bought because I really needed a 3” clip. I cannot begin to tell you how much I love these. They are not plastic and are very sturdy. The teeth are great and hold my hair well without being too tight or binding. And the really great part, I use these all the time now. Because of the construction, doesn’t matter if my hair is wet or really dry and big, these grip and hold. The Cantù clip didn’t do that. It could never hold my hair when it was really dry and big. Pay for these, you will not be disappointed!

Great for short hair
I have 2c / 3a hair that is about chin length when styled curly. While I love my short hair, I do miss being able to wear it up. This lets me wear my hair up and it is incredibly easy to use. The first time I tried it, I had my hair up and looking cute in less than 2 minutes. I decided to give this style a try for a full day recently to see if it would last, and it stayed looking great for over 12 hours. The best part was that when I took it out, my curls still looked great, so I didn't have to wash / restyle my hair after using it. I used the instructions to figure out what size I needed and it turned out the 3" was perfect. I think there are probably a number of ways to use this but I think it looks best very high up on my head. I am planning to get some of the smaller ones to try multiple on my head at once. While this is made of plastic and a bit pricey, I think it will hold up well, and the ease of use definitely makes it a good buy!
