Can I use this on a headset with a combined plug or will I need to split the mic and stereo into 2 wires or can it pass the stereo without touching it

you will need to split the signal into two different connections, one for the mic and one for the earpiece(s). I will put the link to one of these adapters belowhttps://www.amazon.com/Maeline-Female-Plated-Headphone-Splitter/dp/B00PYZ2BT4/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1482015177&sr=8-1&keywords=trrs+splitter

Will this work with a high end dynamic mic with impendence of about 100 ohms (such as: shure wh20 qtr, or stanton dj pro 500mc mkii)? thanks

Yes it works with any dynamic mic or condenser mic but it does not provide phantom power for a condenser microphone. Your mic will work fine with this.

Can i connect the output to my bluetooth speaker input to get mic sound ? I tried mic by itself but it is very low volume

I like the special effects unit. Not bad for the cost and the sound effects it gives off. Enjoy

is a microphone adapter included on the package?

You have some adapters that come with it. It all depends on what you are going to use the unit for. I use it with my mix track pro2 virtual DJ device. Not much of a strong volume output but it's okay for the price I paid for it.
