The same Ryobi charger that Home Depot sells but at a lower price. Works well. I am having renovations done at my home and couldn't locate the original charger. At this price it's worth having a second charger for my screwdriver. When I find the original one where it's been hiding, I'll have a backup...

I thought I would never find a reasonably priced charger for my little Tek4 and am tickled pink that I found this one. Since the Ryobi Tek4 was given to me FREE, I guess I shouldn’t complain about the cost of a charger. On the other hand I can be cheap and didn’t want to purchase another Ryobi just for a 4 volt charger or spend $50 on one either. This charger is perfect and within my price range ($15). As far as chargers go, it’s pretty basic and easy to use. It a perfect fit for my Ryobi Tek4 lithium 4v battery. While it did come with an instructional manual, odds are you won’t need it. The quality is rather good and made of sturdy plastic (from China, of course).When charging, the L E D indicator lights up bright green on the front panel. Period. Once your battery is charged, the light goes out and charger shuts off. When fully extended from wall outlet to countertop you have approximately 2 yards of cable (72”) which is pretty generous to work with compared to some of my other chargers. As for storage, it’s light & small enough to store in your driver/drill pouch or slip into a sandwich ziplock bag. I can’t attest to durability and sturdiness as it was received last week and used twice since then (ask me in 6 months). What I really like is purchasing a product that comes straight out of the box that required no assembly, no instructions and does what it's suppose to do! It’s a product that works and performs as advertised. Best of all? Cost is under $15!!!Dead battery (original) to fully charged is approximately 5-½ hours. My last charge started at 12:15 pm with battery fully charged at 5:31 pm. A total of 316 minutes or 5.27 hours.
