Nice poster
Nice reference to have on the wall when starting ashtanga Mysore practice. I would recommend taking a few led primary or assisted Mysore practices prior to make sure your doing the postures correct. Over all it's a nice poster standard poster size with clear photos on white background. Some postures like paschimatanasana c may be hard to tell what she's doing if you haven't practiced before. Which is why I recommend this if you have a practice and looking for a reference at home.

Great visual aid for people learning yoga sun salutations and many other poses
Perfect for maintaining a home yoga practice when you are learning. The chart is laminated so it's perfect to put on the floor in front of your mat while doing sun salutations and other poses.

Great company, good service
VERY nice people and quick service. My first poster came a bit crunched so they sent me a new one without my even asking. The poster quality is glossy and med. weight paper. The photos are hard to see form further away than about 4 feet unless you are just using it as a reminder from a distance. Mine is vertical. The poses are stated in Sanskrit and English. It works for me.

It's okay. I don't think it's worth the price ...
It's okay. I don't think it's worth the price I paid -- $24.99. The photos are small. I don't recognize the names for the sequences or poses -- it must be in some other vernacular than I'm familiar with.
