Love the seed germinates well and is consistent.

Probably not the best option for Dallas summers and don’t try to seed in the spring or summer. You might be ok to overseed this fall.

Is this a good over seed for the Central Florida Nature Coast area, Zone 9

You should be able to check the web site to see if it is recommended for your zone. I'm happy with the seed in Virginia, zone 7.

Will this work in Maine?

I don't see why not. My brother lives in NH and have used the Jonathan green products and says he loves them. I just know this grass seed is awesome. I tried the other brands and last spring put down this stuff, and within like 2 days it sprouted.
