What a great little scale. I got it on prime days for a great price. It tells you BMI , muscle mass, fat, water? Skeletal weight. Just a very cool tool to loose weight. And keep muscle mass

My partner had a smart scale when we met that ended up getting water on it. I wanted this one for my weight loss journey. As I’m mainly going for body fat percentage, I love that the tracking shows me that and more. The Bluetooth set up is quick and easy and it always picks up without issue. Battery life is really depended on what brand you buy and how often you use it. I use mine monthly but buy cheap batteries so I’ve had to change it once since I purchased it.

Love this scale! I usually do my measurements on my own, but now that I have this scale I don’t need to. Crazy how it knows my measurements!!! So accurate.

I am (very) pleasantly surprised with the quality of both the scale and the app, especially at this price! I would say this is a bargain and would definitely recommend it.The scale is simple, but, of good quality. Seems well made and it looks good. When standing on it, it is solid and feels good. The digital readout is clear and easy to read, even from my towering height of 5' 7" and aging eyes.The app is remarkable. It provides 13 different measurements each time I weigh in - key things like weight, BMI, body fat% and obscure things like skeletal muscle and bone mass. It is interesting to dig in to the measurements, and learn more about your body. Each measurement is color coded, so you know at a glance how you rank.It also allows you to set goals, and it keeps a running tally against your first weigh in. I think this is good encouragement, if you're moving in the right direction. You can view trends of each measurement over time, to really gain some additional insights.I would not hesitate to purchase! Good luck reaching your goals!

I purchased this not for full reliance on the accuracy of the readings given - but to watch for trends of muscle gain / fat loss/maintainence as I optimize my fitness regiment.The weight consistently reads within 2/10 of a pound of my previously reliable scale and the body fat percentage result is pretty much what I expected to see.The app is a breeze to set up and use. The readings are consistent and I personally find that reviewing the composition breakdown and analysis helps keep me mindful and focused on my nutrition and workout goals - making this a sound investment for my own personal needs.Update 10/13/22 - I've been on a bulking regiment and thought my morning weigh in was a little optimistic. I did seem to be "eliminating more water" than usual and did a second afternoon weigh in. The morning reading put me up .4 pound in muscle and .2 pound fat - and I was pretty excited about that because it's exactly the progress I was hoping to see over a week. After the water loss I actually weighed in at less than my starting weight - but that isn't what caught my attention. It also showed a decrease in bone mass - which obviously isn't correct. This does make me skeptical in the accuracy of the biometric readings. It appears that it just uses a generic calculation method as my old scale uses.

Very easy to use, every time I turn on the scale it automatically connects to my phone and instantly displays the readout on the app. I love the ability to track my progress in a graph that shows progress, even if I don't see it in the mirror YET!

I just received my new scale. Per my doctors recommendation throughout my weight loss journey. It was suggested to purchase this particular scale because of the ease of use and ability to track weights, BMI, fat water, content, muscle bone, content, etc. the scale came packaged beautifully to protect the glass scale. The package also included QR codes to scan for Mattel, as well as linking to the scale app. Extremely easy to set up and register and couple the scale to the app. Aunt, after weighing myself, I had a full reading of my current statistics. this is my third scale one I had absolute difficulty not only understanding what the readings were. It was hard to read and did not seem very accurate. The second one would not link up properly to my phone and I have the latest Apple phone so it clearly was a scale. This one is excellent with large numbers easy to read you can choose metric system if you like as well. Interestingly, there is also an additional athletic mode which they explained to you would be based on high-performance athletes to give a different calibration to the scale. I think this is a huge bonus for a beginner like myself or someone who is , a sports enthusiast or even an athlete because of the multiple features, the scale offers. For an excellent price point I might add.
