Bought for my 75 yr old neighbour. We used the measurement chart and got him a small set of knee sleeves. they arrived promptly and were a good fit and supported his swollen arthritic knee well. In fact they gave him such good support he asked me to buy another set for him. recommended

These are very good and do a great job at supporting your knee. However I went by the size chart (thigh 21.5 inches) and ordered large as they are supposed to go up to 22 inches and I didn't want them rolling down or not giving enough support if they were too loose. Initially they felt quite comfortable but after a while the tightness around my upper leg caused my muscles to really hurt. Being as I had worn them a couple of times I didn't have the cheek to return them. I may consider purchasing the XL and see if they are more comfortable but still offer good support.

These were exactly what I was looking for, while working out my knees feel more supported and allow me to safely push myself. These are also great day-to-day use when my knees feel more painful, they offer great support and are not visible under my clothing. Easy to use, good quality. Perfect size.

These knee support are good. I have been walking with them on and in the Gym. They support and fit okay. They do not slip. I have arthirtus in both knees. They give support.

Great product that helped me a lot. Due to my knee injury this helped stabilize and support it. A great comfortable fit and did not slip down like others.

I do quite a bit of circuit in the local gym.Recently installed developing some pain on my knee.So ordered 3 -4 different type of knee support and found this being more comfortable and fits perfectly.The pain has now reduced due to the support giving comfort on the knee.Fits well.

Does the job but does slip down a lot.Depends on what you want to use it for really, to be honest as my friend Howard says - 'buy cheap buy twice' and I think this will be the case here as I'm going to ultimately have to spend more for something that isn't constantly being adjusted. However if you're just after something to sleep in or if you're sat at a desk and need support - then this is great. If you're going out for a walk then less so.Sizing fits though. Measured for a large (just) and fits just fine. The main problem is that there is a strong elastic at the top of the thigh, but not on the calf so it rides up when you bend the knee. It does help with pain though and I've noticed an improvement since adding the support that this gives.

Fits comfortably and provided support to my knee when needed.
