I bought these originally at a coop store and glad to find it online. olive oil so seed oil free and they taste great, kind of like saltines from years ago even though I don't know what was in them.

These are the best saltines we’ve ever had. They arrived fresh and unbroken! I would recommend them to anyone who likes a lightly salted snack. We eat them without a topping but you could add salty or sweet. They are sturdy enough for spreading. Plus, they come in sealed portions of 5 and stay fresh even if you don’t eat all 5. We are on a limited budget and still feel they are worth the high-ish price. We are always on the lookout for a better deal on an equally good product but so far these crackers rule. These crackers were delivered today. They were not in a box. They were thrown into a plastic bag and shipped. I don't have to tell anyone what happens to unprotected crackers that are shipped across States by U.S. Postal Services. You end up with a bag of crumbs. These are great crackers and they are hard to find. I just need to find someone who will box them appropriately.

I've looked for a good saltine cracker for years that is not made with high omega-6 inflammatory fats like vegetable shortening, sunflower oil, canola oil, safflower oil, etc. This is the product that fits the bill made with extra virgin olive oil as well as organic (thus, non-GMO) flour. The flavor is delicious, and I think it's a major flavor improvement over the brands I grew up with and attempted to replace with various health food store options, which, though they may be organic, are made with the aforementioned inflammatory oils. I'm very pleased with this product.
