This trigger operated inflator gun is the ideal bicycle tire inflator. It features a dual-valve head allowing inflation of both standard schrader and presta valved tires without the use of a presta valve adapter. Standard schrader valve chuck is at the top of the inflator head allowing it to get into tight spots. The presta valve opening is designed for high performance and narrow-profile mountain and road bicycle tires. Locking lever securely holds head onto valve stems until inflation is complete. Ergonomic rubber trigger allows precise control of the amount of air being pumped into tires. Air inlet accepts 1/4" female NPT plug (included) to connect to your air compressor.

Works as advertised
I have an excellent Shrader inflator, the Milton S506 Dual Head. I wouldn't bother with anything else to inflate a Shrader valve tire. It has no annoying clip and so loses practically no air and is very easy to use.But I also have Presta valve bicycle tires and there's the problem. Using a Schrader valve stem adapter is impractical with a chuck like this. As soon as you release the trigger, the pressure gauge falls so fast you cannot read it accurately. You have to pull the Schrader chuck right away, remove the Schrader adapter from the tire, and use a Presta pressure gauge to see where you are. This inflator is the best compromise I've found. Releasing the clip loses air (I hate clips and for that matter, I hate Presta valves), but it seems the only solution. It's better than the Shrader valve stem adapter system. Two or three 1 second triggers, depending upon your compressor pressure, and the tire is filled. Pull it hard as you release the clip, to lose the least amount of air. This is a decent product. Four stars because of the clip. I hate clips. But the Presta valve is the real problem.Hope this helps.

The search continues.
Purchased August 2015. Gauge died within a year. No biggie, it was hard to read anyway. The chuck finally died in February of 2018. The plastic became brittle and snapped. It's a shame because it really is my favorite chuck. Wish you could just buy the chuck, and hose it feels really wasteful to toss the whole thing. I'll hang onto it for a while and see if I can rig something up.I will continue searching for a better one. I would go with the Park Tool one, but at over a hundred bucks it only comes with a 1 year warranty. That's a no-go, and bike shop employees say it's fragile to boot. Lezyne are you listening?

had misgivings but was very pleased with the delivered product
I read the other bad reviews on this product, about how it was missing the nipple connector when recieved, the gauge isn't accurate, the tool is cheap, that it leaks, the inflator is also cheap and doesn't work, etc. So I had some misgivings about moving forward but saw how many people loved theirs. So I took a chance for $30, not a big deal.I recieved it last week, took it out to my garage and immediately put it together, connected to my compressor and inflated both presta and schraeder bike tires. It works flawlessly and I don't know what all those bad reviews were about, perhaps the company listened and fixed everything. What I recieved was a quality product that works as expected and I'm pleased. The only negative I can mention is very small. The clip that locks the inflator end onto the valve is very tight so you have to be forceful with it. After a couple of uses it got easier. Bottom line is it works great though and the tightness is probably for the better.

Fit and finish is surprisingly good.
The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because I've only used it once, but will update after I've used it several times. So far it works as described, and fit and finish is surprisingly good considering its low price (especially compared to the only other one available that sells for way over $100).OK, updated from 4 to 5 stars after having been using this tool for several months.PROS:Works like a charm; very easy to bring tire pressure to the desired pressure; it DOES NOT leak air. Basically it is a very nice tire inflator to use; have not had any problem. It's just a good tool.CONS: Can't think of any, really.

great help for an older person
great tool for me. i'm older with some arthritis in my wrists which makes it hard to use a pressure gauge then switch back and forth to the air gun. with this I simply lock it on the use the trigger or deflation button until the dial reads what i want. biggest problem for me it disengaging the thing from the tire in a smooth fashion. hope i get the hang of that before i wear out the rubber lining inside the nozzle. i don't have a bicycle, but chose this tool because of its price. so far it meets my needs really well.

good for tubeless mountain bike tires
Works as intended. I needed the presta connection to try to inflate a new tubeless mountain bike tire that was giving me fits. With the way this inflator locked onto the presta valve, I was able to pump enough air in, without trying to hold the valve and the trigger at the same time. So far so good!

Good company, good product
Be sure to use teflon tape and really tighten it down. Otherwise it leaks pretty badly. The pressure guage seems to only work while you're putting air into the tire -- would be nice if I could also use it to check pressure before filling tires. The company was VERY quick to help out when I experienced a problem.I've had it for half a year already and no problems. Great to have for inflating bike tires, which I do a lot of.

For the money this is great. It doesn't feel like my higher quality pneumatic tools, especially the trigger. Since I'm only filling my bike tiers I'm not too worried about it, not like it's a hammer drill. I can't imagine that any other of these more expensive ones would be of more value. I'm very happy with my purchase.
