I bought this for my favorite Victorinox chef knife. Figured it was worth a try. After a month of use my knife stopped being razor sharp. 5 passes through each slot and slicing paper thin tomato slices again! I have a wet stone but don’t feel like taking 30 minutes every time I cook. I’m very happy with my purchase and bought another as a gift.
