IT WORKS!
I have an aggravated disc injury and my chiropractor suggested I buy one of these. Looked at the reviews and decided on this one. What the hell can I say?! Best purchase I'll make this year! For my neck, it's a perfect fit. It's not the most comfortable thing, but it doesn't choke me. I get the decompression and support I needed. So far, it's holding air and no leaks. Wouldn't recommend for travel as it's not comfortable when hitting the back of a chair. It's more for support and relief when completing daily tasks. Only negative I think of is no instructions are included in packaging. But seller did reach out with multiple emails that included instructions. My personal results; It's definitely assisting my healing and MY PAIN IS GONE! Thank you!!

Product really helps
I always feel that more is better, and inflating the neck traction device does not get uncomfortable as you increase the pressure. Compliance in using the product provides the best results and I have not had a problem wearing the device.

Great quality at a decent price!
This product is made so well! Wasn’t expecting much from this, but it really does work! Best relief results achieved with it if you lie down on your bed and inflate it.... amazing! Laying on Floor or standing does not seem to work as effectively. Highly recommend! Really So impressed with this... neck pain gone! Would definitely recommend!

it works...but after 11 months it leaks air!!
I purchased my Dr. Comfy soft neck brace July 2020 and it already is not holding air as June 2021. It is comfortable and works since I use my neck pillow once a day to relieve neck and associated disc pressure. However, It is just like the rest in that the pillow starts leaking with in one year! No need to pay more for Dr. Comfy since it lasts about the same as any other brand.Disappointed and of course the return window was closed a couple months after purchase!

I wanted it to be the answer
Seems like it would create some decent traction. If you use this, you need to make sure to adjust it in small increments. If you expand it too much it will hurt and strain your neck. I did notice some small immediate relief at first.

it actually works!
i was pretty skeptical about this but after seeing a few doctors recommending this i figured i would try it out. its an affordable price so at the very least i wouldn't be out much i thought. it actually works!!! i was so surprised and relived that it works and the tension from my neck and shoulders melt away with this. i would recommend this to anyone who sits on the computer all day.

Does the job and good quality for the price
I received it today and it was exactly what I expected, the look and feel and size of the device. I purchased it because my physical therapist suggested it might be a good idea to be able to do neck traction at home instead of just once a week with her. And although she provided me with instructions on how to do it without a device like this I figured I'd rather get this inexpensive unit. I've tried it out and it seems to do the job just fine. I'm quite pleased with it.

Not enough traction
I was so hoping this was going to work after doing the research and looked forward to it arriving. First of all, once you have it around your neck, you have to pump, pump and keep pumping and switch hands because your hand will need to rest and if you stop the air escapes which means you need to pump longer in order to fill it. Once you get it filled it does rise up and it feels like one of those neck braces you use when you have been injured and must not move. I waited to see if I would feel any stretching in my neck, I did not, So I pumped a little more, still no traction in the neck, just an uncomfortable feeling of feeling trapped. I think I will try the one that goes over the door. I was disappointed. Maybe others found this helpful, I certainly did not.
