Exact Replacement for My Snugtop Pop Out Lock
I needed to replace the lock on my Snugtop camper shell. This lock was easy to install and works well. It has to be covered in snowy, cold weather or it will freeze. That's my only complaint.

Perfect Fit
My original lock broke and I had to drill out the cylinder to open my SnugFit canopy. Had a hell of a time finding a replacement. This is perfect. Don’t know if it’s OEM but it fits like one. Replacing the old one took about 10 minutes. Only 2 screws and a clip. I couldn’t be more satisfied with this pop out lock assembly. I’m thinking about buying another as a backup.

It work great
I'm happy I bought it as it is a direct fit for the snug-top camper shell that I recently got. It's 24y old and the rear handle/lock has been messed up big time.It did take me a little while to figure it all out, i.e. dismantling the old thingy that was a mess, and fitting this in, and aligning all the pieces. Having two extra hands would've helped. But it all did come together and it's working again.$48 is OK, but it's far from being a steal. I paid $400 for the whole camper shell, so...

Perfect fit, easy replacement
When my Snugtop lock quit engaging properly I tried disassembling, cleaning, lubricating--to no avail. I was dubious that a replacement would work as well as the original had (until it broke), but this one does. Took less than 10 minutes to replace, requiring only a Phillips screwdriver. Once installed, my Snugtop canopy now latches and locks securely like new! It's a bit expensive (as OEM parts tend to be) but so worth it for the perfect replacement.
