This is really amazing garment steamer , easy to use and carry while travelling, more importantly the flow of steam as good as a 2000 watt steamer but on cost wise cheaper by 70 percent , every house should have this user friendly garment steamer .importantly this is an American brand offering two yr warranty and anti scale/ scale free steamer, all other major brands often block the steam after some time and the repair cost ranges between 2-4 thousand which is expensive , considering the facts that this Black+Decker portable steamer is ultimate choice.

Quality product but not very useful as far as ironing is concerned.

Had bought the product 6 months ago. it worked fine for about 5 months, but the water tank started to become loose & just fell off.The screws that hold the container in place are too short to hold the water container!!Cannot be repaired as screw heads are not accessible.Very poor design, Product not tested for normal handling.

Love this brand and its product. Came to purchase again to gift a friend but it was out of stock.

Doesn't work as per the watt shows. Definately not perfect for ironing. You can remove small creases but do not consider using this for creasy cotton garments. Also, because of the design and weight, you hand will pain after 5 mins use. Traditional steam iron is the best option. Price is also high as per poor usability.

I've chosen this steamer over many other well known brands(offering upto 1200w in half of price compared to this steamer) just because of my earlier experience with Black+Decker and believe me, this brand never disappoints with quality and the way they fulfill purpose.It irons a full cotton shirt or a chiffon dress smoothly within 30 seconds and Denim within 1-2 minutes. For me, time saved is the time earned and Black+Decker did the job perfectly one more time.There were reviews saying that its difficult to measure the guage of water to be filled as we have to fill water from bottom of bottle, but IT IS NOT, guage for maximum water level is given from bottom of bottle as well. Smart touch, isn't it.And also any bottle of neck around 0.75 inch can be fitted, again a smart touch. ;)Thank you Black+Decker for making life easier.
