If you’re wondering whether to buy these - do it!I’m like, *very* into capers. And these are true non pareil capers in size and taste. Wonderful tang and flavor, mouthfeel, fresh and crisp, and the vinegar is a high-quality.Great bonus being non-GMO and certified organic!Have I ever had non-pareil capers with a *slightly* more robust taste and flavor profile? Perhaps… But for the price, this is a definite buy ! It does everything I need a non-pareil caper to do, and in taste it rivals products 3x its price or more. These capers taste good and they are a good value for the money. I love the jar that’s easy to put my spoon into and drain. I will definitely re-order these

I bought these Capers for my bagels and cream cheese with Lox. Very good! I've also just been snacking on them straight from the jar! Will definitely buy these again!

I had never had capers before but had seen lots of Italian recipes calling for them. I tried them in tossed salad, tuna salad and in a pasta dish. They add a salty, briny flavor with a hint of sharpness. The quality seemed very good. All the capers were whole without any mashed. Good firm but still soft texture. If I wanted to use capers in a dish again I would look for this brand. I’ve purchased other products from this brand and never been disappointed.

I love capers but they always come in jars with little bitty openings which make it unnecessarily difficult to remove those flavorable delights.Finally found some that are super tasty and come in a NORMAL jar that allows access! Who knew???
