Works well if used occasionally. I use this two times a week and usually can get 6-9 hours sleep. If used more often than this, you get used to it and it does not work as well.

Same as others you can buy just about 2 bucks less than Walmart brand and dollar general! So we decided to give it a try! Locked in 5.02 on auto delivery! It does contain alcohol just so you aware. I think it makes it work better but not all brands use it. I attached a photo comparing to dollar general bottle which the two pack there is 11.95 in TN

I get to sleep fine normally. My problem is when I wake up overnight. When I do, I'm up the rest of the night. I had been using Zzzquil for a year or two and decided to try this Amazon brand for the much cheaper price. This Amazon Basics version works exactly the same for me as Zzzquil.I take half a dose and in about 30 minutes, I'm back out and sleep through the night.I'm 250 pounds but half a dose works well. If I really want to sleep well overnight, I'll take a full dose right before I fall asleep and I'll sleep for at least 6+ hours uninterrupted.One warning, Zzzquil warming berry (my fav) tastes a little better than the Amazon brand. It's not terrible, but a little chemical tasting. If that turns you off, you may not like this. Not a big deal to me.

This product has an excellent taste and a satisfying thickness, which I really appreciate. I'm now halfway through the bottle, and I can confidently say I noticed a significant difference when I took it on an almost empty stomach. I’ve realized that taking it after eating doesn't yield the same results. For me, the best approach is to avoid eating anything for at least four hours before bed. Initially, I didn’t notice any effects, but last night, April 18th, 2025, it really kicked in. I consistently take about 32 ml each night, and while I'm nearing the end of the bottle, I'm contemplating trying something different. I'm looking for something that will help me achieve a truly deep sleep.

This product works!!! I have meds that often keep me awake or, sleeping fitfully. If I take the prescribed amount, I sleep very well ALL NIGHT THROUGH!!!
