It works! Be patient and use for a few to several days in a row. If you have stubborn grey, like on your sides, then after you are satisfied with other areas, use for a dew days just on the areas you want to touch up. After you have coverage you want, touch up as needed, every few days to once a week depending on your fade rate.What I enjoy is that unlike all other men's general purpose "brown" hair color products, this does not have an abundance of red and brassy tones. It's perfect for ash browns. My hair stylist compliments me on my color all the time.It's more convenient to use than the straight dye products. I typically give 3-5 min to let it sit and then shampoo with a small amount of regular shampoo afterwards to get rid of the smell and any excess. Post shampooing doesn't seem to wash out the color.

I use this for my elderly, disabled mom who is unable to dye her hair anymore. Her bathing aide uses this to shampoo her hair and it goes on a light cream color and washes away like regular shampoo. It doesn't leave any dye residue in the tub but over time her hair has gone from white to brown. No stress, no more having to dye her hair anymore. Now we use this twice a week to keep her color brown and grey is gone.

Somehow I’ve passed 40 and have started to get grey hair. This stuff works like shampoo and doesn’t feel like you’re applying chemicals or anything. It doesn’t itch or smell particularly bad. My only suggestion would be to wear latex gloves when you use it because it doesn’t get under your fingernails and turns your cuticles brown. I use it about twice a week and it makes me look like I did in my 30’s. The price point and value is pretty reasonable and I intend to use it for a few years. At some point I’ll just rock the salt and pepper look but for now I’m just not ready for the grey. I can’t vouch for the longevity as I’ve kept using it regularly.

Got this for my dad for Easter. He always wanted to slowly go from gray to the black hair he had when he was younger.There was a learning curve where he learned that he had to shake it well before each use, because whatever dyes the hair is on the bottom. But once he figured it out he eventually lost all his gray. He loves it.He also learned that he wanted to use gloves while putting this in his hair. It was leaving black stains on his hands and fingernails.

Works as advertised to gradually hide your gray. I use nitrile gloves to apply to prevent staining on my hands. After a couple of showers you can start to see the difference. After about a week, it hides most of the gray in my black hair. From then on, I just use it a couple of times a week to maintain it.

Wish I knew about this years ago. Works as described Amazing change after a few applications. Will definitely be ordering more. I read all the reviews about staining your nails simple issue solved by using nitrile gloves.
