Opening size is important
The slot in my windows was too short for the vent stops. I has to enlarge the opening a little with a round file, then the stops fit perfectly and work perfectly.

Fits well and easy to install
Removing the old parts from the window was the hardest part. The new ones for great and were easy to install.
