I bought a lot for the house. My child now gets tired at night like a normal person…. I do too. It is very bright as well just like your normal LED light. I also notice I sleep better. They’re pricey but worth it. I used blue light blocking sleep glasses before. But these are actually better. I love them. Will keep purchasing…. I want to fill the entire house with them eventually.

I was a little skeptical, but thought it might make some improvement so I'd try them. I bought all 3 types - SMILE, FOCUS, SLEEP. Huge difference immediately. There was a haze before using normal LED bulbs (from a brand that has been making bulbs for decades). Right away the room appeared crisp and clear using the same wattage SMILE. I don't know that I would have believed the difference if someone had told me without me seeing it for myself. (So jaded from marketing, and phony reviews.) SLEEP really helps me. The first night - no lie - I slept 11 hours straight. I felt so refreshed when I woke up. Since then, I get a normal 6-9 hours a night, but I wake up feeling more clearheaded. As for FOCUS, I have only used it a few times at my desk, but I do see clearer. It's an expensive set of bulbs, but I'm saving money by not needing Tylenol as much. :)

Now I fall asleep faster than before reading on the couch! Seriously, I can feel the melatonin flooding my system at what should be my bedtime….no more delay from room lighting. Just yo note, they aren’t as bright as you might expect.

Too bright

Bought to use in evening watching tv. Combined with green glasses it helped to relax me. Avoid the blue light spectrum. So far so good.

I wasn’t expecting too much from this item but I like the idea. received this 2months ago. I did not use this every night, (4 days out the week) and it has now stopped working all together, I thought it may the socket/lamp issue, I tried it in multiple different lamps. I went to put in a return request. and I am 3days short of the return deadline. unable to contact manufacturer to put in complaint/concerns. one of the most expensive light bulbs! should have longer warranty / return policy - No I would not recommend this product.

I didn’t think it would be a pure blue white light. I was hoping for something that would have more of a soft blueish tinge that would help me sleep better. But the light is bright and maybe it would work to do a quiet activity B Efore getting ready for bed but not to help you sleep better.

I just got the Sleep bulb yesterday, only ordered one (because of the price) to see how well I liked it but I will be getting more. I have it in my bedroom lamp and I find it very soothing indeed. In fact it is now at time of writing early enough morning that I needed to turn it on, and I’m still loving the soothing effect even though it’s a sleep designed bulb. I think blue light is not good at anytime, and I’m as guilty as anyone for having my smart phone in my face all day, so clearly less is more. I’m a little concerned about people saying it only lasted them a month or two when this is an LED bulb, but for now I’m giving it five stars. Let’s see what happens.
