I have been using this moisturizer for more than a week now and I am quite happy with the results. Let give you a detailed summary of my experience. Q. What are its unique properties ? 1. It really hydrates and soothes the skin. 2. It doesn’t contain comedogenic ingredients (which blocks the pores resulting in acne) 3. It contains natural ingredients like Neem & Basil which have anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties respectively. It nourishes skin and provides protection against damages caused due to pollution. 4. Free from harmful chemicals like Parabens, Phthalates, Propylene glycol, SLS, DEA & PABA. Q. How to apply? 1. Wash your face before applying. 2. Take a small quantity of moisturizer on your finger tips and gently massage on your face in circular motion 3. Use it as a night cream or a day cream or both. Q. Skin type? Best suited for Oily/Acne Prone Skin Q. Do I recommend this product? Why/Why not? YES⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I use it everyday as a night cream. It hydrates my skin and makes it feel lighter.It sort of gives cooling sensation after applying. I also like its mild and soothing fragrance. I have normal to combination sensitive skin type so I have to be extra cautious with the skin products. I have had acne problems in the past and this moisturizer blends perfectly with my skin.

It is especially for Oily/Acne-Prone skin and it is made of neem which is rich in Vitamin C and Basil which is a skin cleanser for those who has oily skin so this moisturizer will keep your skin smooth and soft. It is free from - Parabens, SLS, PROPYLENE GLYCOL, PABA & DEA. How to use it - Take a small quantity of moisturizer on your fingers and gently massage it on your face in a circular motion. Its fragrance is also good not so strong. You can use it as your night skincare moisturizer also. Note- It is for external use only. Recommended from my side. You all should try it out once.💛

I would like to break down my review in 2 main bulletin points : 1)Is it a good moisturizer for acne prone skin? - YES. It is definitely hydrating. And it's very good for acne prone skin. 2)My problem? This product is being marketed as having a "matte" finish. And this is a blatant lie. No matter how hydrating or how great the smell might be. It's NOT MATTE. this product is literally being sold for its matte finish. It's very misleading. Even though the product honestly seeps into your skin in 2 mins and you don't feel like you have anything on your face - after 20 mins, your face will start to look VERY OILY. and this was a big problem with me. I order the product thinking it will give my face a matte look. But it doesn't. And it's funny too, because it's not being sold as a "ultra moisturizing" product either, in which case I would have forgiven the oily look. It's HYDRATING. Neutrogena does it very well with their hydro boost line.

Urban botanic neem and basil mattifying moisturiser This is genuinely one of the best moisturiser I have tried and to be honest I am never fully happy and satisfied with most of the moisturisers I have used . It can work for all skin types but it does wonders for oily skin specially like mine . It hydrated the skin and still gives it a matiffying finish without making it greasy 🌿 This moisturizer has Basil and Neem extracts ( quite and interesting combination) which helps in clearing acne and TAkes care of sensitive skin. 🌿It also helps in keeping the skin clean clear and mainly helps in unclogging the pores of the skin 🌿 It has a very light texture and gets absorbed very quickly into the skin without giving it more shine . 🌿 The packaging is very premium and elegant . It comes with a press nozzle which makes it easy to use . 🌿 The fragrance is very mild and subtle so it doesn’t bother us after applying . 🌿 What I loved about this product is it keeps my face moisturized for 8-9 hours . ( ps - I even use it as a primer before applying makeup ) 🌿 oh Wait there is still something more I love about this product it’s 100 percent vegan *cruelty-free * Parabens-free * phthalate-free . So guys do try this product cos it’s a must try product specially for summers and for oily skin / combination skin people

Recently I ordered neem and basil mattifying moisturizer from Urban Botanics.Well after using it for around 2 weeks i am writing this review.The product is good,it doesn’t leaves skin oily at all after it’s application,it’s fragrance is good too.As it is mattifying moisturizer it actually gives the face a matte look after it’s application. . This moisturizer is especially formulated for oily or acne prone skin but the ones who doesn’t have an oily skin can apply it too.It doesn’t feels heavy at all after applying this on the face. It hydrates and soothes the skin and moisturizes dry skin without leaving it oily.Also it makes skin softer and smoother. . To see the results you will have to apply it regularly. . Overall it’s a great product.Loved it!

So the packaging is really nice. Unfortunately, that's the only part of this product that is positive. I have a very acne-prone oily skin, I read the amazing reviews on this product along with the name being 'Mattifying' so I ordered it. After just a few uses my acne got worse. It gets the skin oily after 1-2 hours of application. This leads to an increase in the number (and intensity!) of acne. The scent is organic but you might not like it. (Neem & Basil do smell a lot better in real life) Overall, this has the potential to be a good product for the right skin type, but for us oily/combination skin people it just doesn't cut it.

It is one of the best moisturizers I have ever tried. I have combination to dry skin. Any oil-based product would make my skin oily (especially in the T-zone area). Besides that, anything (skincare, makeup) oil-free mattifying product would make my skin drier and I feel very stretchy skin and my skin looks very dull. But after using this moisturizer it makes my skin so soft, hydrated and glowy without doing my skin dry in this dry weather. As well as also it does not make my T-zone oily. After using it for a couple of days my complexion has started getting better and even. Also, skin texture is improving. It is a great product, who has oily T-zone skin.
