Dreamegg White Noise Machine, Sound Machine for Sleeping Baby, Kids, Adult (D3Pro-Black)

I really like this Dreamegg white noise machine. It seems to be helping me fall asleep more quickly, and stay asleep longer, in spite of my partner's snoring and the cats racing around in the dark. We use it almost exclusively on white noise, rather than music, nature sounds, or the "fan-sound" setting. It seemed extremely loud at first, but getting used to it has helped. Our two-year-old cat seemed terrified of the sound at first and would not sleep with us for a few night,s but now even she has accepted it as a harmless noise. My husband at first also thought he would not be able to sleep with it on, but has adjusted. I frequently come to bed later than he, and only then does it get turned on. The first time or two, it sort of woke him up when I did. After the first 2-3 nights, he does not even stir when I turn it on most nights now.I am going to buy another one for my son and his partner. They share a duplex with a neighbor with a very irritatingly loud barky dog - at all hours. They also both have somewhat odd hours with second shift jobs, so the dog is awake all morning while they are trying to sleep. They think that they will prefer the fan-sound noise, so we will see how that works out for them. It is great that it has so many options for sounds and the volume can be well-controlled.

This was worth every penny! Everyone has different sounds that are soothing and this has a great selection. The deep mechanical noise is really great for me. It’s also nice that it’s rechargeable and portable.

We have 5 of these sound machines and they're absolutely incredible!! We've tried four or five other brands and this one is our favorite! We have 6 kids and have them in every room. We absolutely love the variety of sounds and noises. We love that it has pink and brown noise options and not just white noise! Look into it if you haven't already - pink and brown noise is much better than white!This sound machine can also get a lot louder than other sound machines we've owned which is incredible. Sometimes your neighbors dogs are barking a lot or it's the 4th of July and your neighbors like M80s a little too much and you need a lot of white/pink/brown noise to drown it out. If you have loud, inconsiderate, annoying neighbors, this is the sound machine for you!My favorite feature (which I could not find in any other sound machine) is that you can unplug it and use it on the go without having to put batteries in it. We use these sound machines on roadtrips to get our babies/toddlers to nap in the car and it never fails to put them to sleep and allows them to sleep with all of the other kids making noise.We have been buying this exact sound machine for 18 months now (like I said, we have 5 of them!) and have never had one stop working. To me this is amazing because I had purchased 6-7 machines of another brand and every single one went out after 2 weeks to 3 months of use. No exaggeration. It was absolutely ridiculous. It was the same price point too! A third brand we tried would putter out after several months and although it was a lower price point, it only had four sound options (all white noise, no pink or white).Dreamegg sound machines are truly the golden egg of sound machines! Thank you for making such an amazing, long-lasting and versatile product!

I had this sound machine for a few days so far. This sound machine helps me relax and calm my mind, and blocks other noises that wake me. What I like is the selection of sounds and the ability to control it's volume. The timer comes the same on most sound machines in my experience, 30-60-90 minutes. It's got selection of sounds for kids and adults. But what I really like is the memory function and setup of the different sound buttons. Each button represents a different category of sounds. What I don't like one, is the headphone jack is useless in my opinion. Second is the type of cord they used to power the sound machine. I wish that this one had a USBC cable capability as the small ones in their selection. Overall it's a decent sound machine for what you pay for. I like the sound selection and the interface of the sound machine. Also has a nice aesthetic design or look to it. I just wish had a newer standard of cable that would charge it up.

We live in an apartment in a city and we frequently experience noise from a variety of neighbors in our neighborhood. Shopped around Amazon and finally settled on the Dreamegg. There are a variety of “white noise” sounds and frequencies you can select. However you can also choose from other sounds like a thunderstorm, a campfire, etc. The natural sounds sound natural. The thunderstorm sounds like a real thunderstorm. With some sound machines, you can hear the part where the sound loop ends and starts over. I can’t hear that with this machine. I like that there’s a sleep timer for 30, 60, or 90 minutes if I don’t want the device to play all night long. The device has a compact form factor, so it won’t take up room on your night stand. The on/off button has a feint glow so you can find the button pretty easily when it’s dark. I also like that the device has a groove underneath where you can tuck AC adapter wire where it connects to the device. There’s a headphone jack, but I haven’t used it yet. Would be good if you wanted to drown out noise, but didn’t want the device to bother others (like if you were studying). The rubber orsilicon pads underneath keep it from shifting around. Overall it’s a great product and would recommend it to anyone.
