I bought 7 yrs jacket for my 4.5 yrs old daughter after reading few comments. It's her perfect size.. I mean 4.5 yrs old Wearing 7yr ols jacket.. Guys buy bigger size. Their is chart is not useful. Also little damage on chain. Material and everything is good. For chain n size issue 2 star less.
