works well, however, there are a couple things that people need to know.1. the instructions suck. They really aren't at all useful. they are more of a spec sheet with some drawings. TINY drawings that I suspect were supposed to demonstrate the installation somehow. I don't know, I tossed them because even with reading glasses they were pretty useless.2. If I were to guess, this fixture is not really designed with US electrical specs in mind. It's reminiscent of the sort of things I saw when I lived in the UK. It mounts on a little circular bit that is actually a pretty decent idea. The problem is that the mounting holes in the little circular bit don't line up with a typical US ceiling box. This is where you need to improvise a bit. Not the end of the world, but kind of a pain.3. The wires are a pretty small gauge as well - again, like UK (and probably other) 220 volt stuff. fiddly and kind of a pain to work with.4. Also, at least in my case, the light seems noticeably warmer than other fixtures I have that are 4000K. Not a big deal for me and my application (utility room), but if you are serious about your color temperatures, this might annoy you. I bought it primarily because it fit in the space I needed it too for not a lot of money.So yeah, it'll work with a bit of creativity, and it throws a lot of light. At the end of the day, that's good enough.I'd give it 3.5 stars if I could. 3 is a tad harsh, but 4 is somewhat generous.

The ceiling fixture arrived promptly and securely packaged to prevent scratches.It is high quality, sturdy construction, beautiful design, very bright. Perfect for a kitchen or bathroom.The best feature is the 4000 K light temperature: it is a smart compromise: brigther than a dim yellow 2,700 K warm light, yet less aggressive to the eye than a 5000 K daylight better suited in an industrial shop than for a residential application.Other LED ceiling fixtures I came across were not as good as this one: either they were built flimsy, or they used ultra-cheap white/bluish 6000K LEDs that damage the eye, disturb the circadian rythm and remind of a hospital op room.The blind attachment to the ceiling is a little challenging to install, not as simple as drilling 2 or 4 holes for studs, but still worth 5 stars for the high quality and perfect brightness

We needed a small bright light with a remote thug disappears into the ceiling. This does all those things well. It's bright white on a bright white ceiling and it doesn't even look cheap.

I've never had this happen from something that Amazon has sold. Some things need to be bought in person. Usually light fixtures just work. I guess not

These lights look great, were easy to install on our front porch and are very bright.

I purchased this led lamp for my working space. It works perfectly. It immediately brightened the area after I replaced my old one. I purposely chosen this lamp because it’s color (4000k) is more close to natural light. It makes me feel better and provides good light for FaceTime.

Great light. It added a good amount of light to our super dark garage. Plus it has a nice modern look to it. We chose to add more lights around the whole garage because we turned ours into a home gym and wanted that type of look. But just this light alone was way better than the original lighting we had before.

Great light output for bathroom area. Installation was fairly simple but don’t expect to read how to install. There are only very small pictures of installation process which didn’t relate well to the actual installation.
