The Grinch - PlayStation

I loved this movie from cartoon to live action. So of course I had to get the game.

Covered in scratches, the game just crashes and now it won’t read the disk at all

Great condition, it works fine. The game itself is a sort of mission puzzle game. You have to figure out where to go, and what to do.

So, I recently purchased "The Grinch" for the PlayStation because it is one of my early childhood games, and Christmas is right around the corner. At first I was very uneasy about buying a game that is about 12 years old, but I bought it anyways, and it was worth it. The game I bought was from Amazon Warehouse, if your going to buy the game, but it from Amazon, and use your Amazon Prime Free Trail if you haven't already, $3.99 for 1 day shipping. But anyways I received the game in Mint Condition. There were a couple scratches but the game runs very smooth. It also came with the actual cover and manual, which is awesome. So, if your thinking about buying this game, BUY IT! And relive your childhood, it is a very fun and amazing game.

It's a fun game, and once you figure out the puzzles, grinching Whoville is entertaining. But finding what you need takes forever, since you get no hints. The graphics are terrible: flat and unimaginative. Music and sound effects get repetitive fast. I am returning this game to the store and finding something else.Please don't buy this game unless you have a lot of time and patience to spend on it.

Works great. On the front and the back of the booklet, the staples have separated the other pages from the front and back pages but otherwise it's fine. The game works perfectly.

I tried playing it and it won't work because it has scratches on it

Honestly, I kinda enjoy this game. It's mostly nostalgia, but it's really not horrible. It's definitely not good, either. It can get pretty tricky trying to figure out what to do next sometimes, and some glitches are level breaking, making you have to restart a level (the rats at the dump for example). I had another glitch where this rumble noise wouldn't stop in the forest level. It just kept going, and with a sub woofer, it got really annoying really fast. It only stopped when I changed areas. I'm also playing on a PS3 instead of the original PS, but I'm not sure if that's why there are so many glitches. It's probably just that bad. Either way, it's not impossible, but it can get pretty hard. Give it a try if you REALLY like the Grinch or just want a random collectathon platformer to play, and you don't care about quality.
