Have been using these discs for years and they really do the job. I have dry mouth at night and 1-2 discs keep my mouth sufficiently lubricated. I always use the mild mint, it tastes better than the original. The discs are expensive but are worth the cost. Highly recommend.

I have very dry mouth which is hard on my teeth. My dentist recommended XyliMelts and I use them frequently. They are easy to carry in my purse to use as needed. I use 1 or 2 every night because they stick to my back molar/gum and there's no danger of swallowing it while I sleep. It dissolves slowly--will last 1 - 3 hrs. (longer while I sleep).

I have been using these for a while at night. They recommended 2 at night but I tried using only one. Two were really necessary to get through the night. They stick well enough to the gums, but sometimes I feel a little discomfort or soreness on the gum area the next day.

I love this product because it tastes good and has provided me with all night moisture! You have to allow the tablets to adhere to your molars (upper preferably) so they will work effectively. You can use both upper and lower molars, as I have tried both. Not everybody likes peppermint, so there is an unflavored version, which I don't want to try. I love peppermint! When you have constant dryness in your mouth, it can cause cavities, mouth sores,etc. If you have a loved one who is unable to provide self oral care due to paralysis,etc. this is a product that will provide moisture all through the night. I have experimented with many products, and I really like the results I have experienced and will buy again. Good oral health helps you in maintaining good overall health for your body. Thank you!

This product not only stops you getting adry mouth during the night but it also has a lovely minty flavour which keeps your breath fresh even first thinking the morning. Was recommended to me and I would certainly recommend it.Best thing I've tried.

I wear a CPAP mask and tend to wake up with dry mouth so this product works great. My dental hygienist actually recommended these to promote healthy teeth

I wouldn't want to be without these. I like the mint better than the slightly sweet. I put the flat side of the little disk on my top back tooth every night as I get into bed and it sticks there within about 5 or so seconds. It stays in place all night and definitely prevents my dry mouth. How long it lasts depends on how much saliva you have. The wetter your mouth, the shorter the duration. If I need to take if off (to eat something in the middle of the night), I slide/push it up my tooth and it comes off. Then after brushing my teeth I put another one on and go back to bed. I keep these right next to my bed. Highly recommended.
