I bought this after my son broke his ankle and was in a cast, and it worked so much better than using a garbage bag and towel. It slips over the cast easily and creates a complete watertight seal around the leg. My son is 5'6", and it reached almost to his knee. The seal did leave a slight mark on the skin, but that’s to be expected to ensure it’s waterproof. It wasn’t uncomfortable for him to wear. It should fit most shin-height casts. The material feels durable and high-quality, and after 2.5 months of regular use, it still works perfectly. Highly recommend!

This is the perfect item for someone who has had foot surgery and needs to keep foot dry while showering. Works great!

Bought to use with a plaster cast from toes to just below the knee. Works as described, kept my cast dry and was relatively easy to use. I did require assistance getting it started on my toes since I could not bend my ankle to reach it. Top was very tight on my leg, almost felt like a tourniquet, so I wasn't tempted to take a long shower, but it did keep out all the water. My leg is average size, so someone with larger than average leg might need to cut the opening a little larger, but that should be fairly easy to do with scissors. Only used it for 2 weeks, so I don't know about durability, but seemed like it would last long enough for most needs.

I broke my ankle and was in a splint for 3 weeks---the splint was an awkward shape-- bigger at the toe area tapered up to just under the knee, but this fit right over the foot and slid up to above the splint, and tightened around above my knee. No water seeped in at all. Was comfortable and not a flimsy vinyl. Was easy to take off. You need to have help to stretch the soft silicone ring around outside first and your foot should slip in easily.Very good product.I got the short length so make sure you measure your leg, from toe to top. Made a huge difference not having to hang an injured leg outside the tub to shower.

My son broke his foot and he had a cast put on the hospital told us that we could buy a foot bag online or use a trash bag well I wasn't risking that cast growing mold so I found this and figured why not try it my son is almost 6 ft and this bag fit up to his knee no water entered inside it was sealed perfectly the only downfall was taking it off you needed a second hand other than that it worked great and the nurse at the hospital even asked how much I paid for it so they could give other people and idea on pricing the picture makes it kind of look cheap but it is a thick material and the plastic is nice and thick also the rubber that goes on the top to keep the water out suctions to your leg but I definitely recommend this

Works for the shower, not for the beach or pool. Broke two bones in my foot and have a walking boot. Ordered this to put over my boot to protect it and wear on the beach, kept the sand out and most of the water. Very difficult to stretch over the walking boot, and on the 3rd use the seal at the top ripped off. Do not attempt to use in the pool/ocean without a flotation device due to the fact that you cannot get the air out of the plastic sleeve so it will just float on top of the water. Also, if you have very small legs the seal is not very tight fitting.
