Recommend whole heartedly
Got a pump from my doctor three years ago but dropped it recently and broke the tube. For some reason you can't replace the tube separately so I bought new pump. It's the exact one from doctor and price was comparable to what my deductible was on the first pump. Recommend whole heartedly

the reviews I read were odd to me. I had prostate surgery - removal- 3 years ago and due to the fact that I had a nerve removed had very little success with viagra type pills. I - through my medical plan- purchased this product and have had much success. With it's use I am able to get a very satisfactory erection and have great intercourse with my new wife of 2 years. The only set back is the interruption when at some point in foreplay I have to stop and go through the process of using the pump but in the end it's well worth it and my wife is wonderfully patient with me as I am with her and we both achieve orgasms regularly. So guys don't give up hope this - and I'm sure other devices like really do work. Lastly I will say that yeah the warranty isn't great but they do have sales often and have all the needed parts/pieces needed for purchase.

I wasted my money!
Largest ring was not effective. Medium ring caused bleeding (to be fair, I am on blood thinners - but there is no warning prior to purchase). This is an expensive item that may or may not work!

item was working well till one day the manual pump lost almost half it's suction power and could not bring the shaf to its maximum potential as before.

Perseverance is the Key to success!!
I struggled with ED for years, pills didn't help. Being in my late 70s I thought I was done. With perseverance and lots of trial runs I was finally at the point were sexual intercourse was successful. I practiced several times for almost a month before I felt confident to proceed. You need to understand the process and take your time read all the material that comes with the unit
