Excellent tool and value
While working as the property manager for our neighborhood HOA, it fell on me to repair the security fence around our swimming pool. Several of the chainlink fence posts had rotted out flush with the concrete. Post anchors were the perfect solution, but each required four holes to be drilled into the concrete. A local pawn shop wanted $400 for a beat-up and filthy Hilti hammer drill, but I bought this Eneacro new for a fraction of the price. It did the job well and we wrote it off as part of the repair cost since I never expected to need it again. Three years later and I needed to replace the posts under my deck. There were eight posts and each post base required four holes drilled into the existing concrete piers for anchors. I dug out the Eneacro and it worked flawlessly, with each hole taking 20-30 seconds. The packaging and extras are also very thoughtful. Molded case, comes with some SDS Plus drill bits and chisels to get you started, an extra set of armature brushes, grease for the hammer mechanism, and a tool to remove the grease cap (similar to an angle grinder wrench). I've only used mine twice in three years but it seems to be a quite well-made and powerful tool. I can't speak to the longevity, especially in professional applications where it will be used daily, but the extra set of brushes suggests that the manufacturer expects it to last for quite a long time. Very impressive for the money.

Great tool for the price
We had to break up our basement floor to replace a bad drain. It may not hit as hard as more expensive drills, but it definitely broke up our concrete floor that was 2-4 inches deep. This drill costs less than $100 and renting one from our local rent-a-center charged $75 a day. And that's the value of this little drill!

Awesome SDS-Max Rotary Hammer Tool
I use this (in chipsel mode) to install a long 8 ft ground rod to my backyard. It worked perfectly! Highly recommended tool!

Pretty good for a budget drill
Look, it's a not-$500 drill at a not-$500 price. IMO you get more than you pay for - it generally works well, comes with a good set of accessories, and does the job. It's not perfect. I sometimes struggle to get it to "hammer" - it'll just spin. But if you jiggle it a bit to get it to go, with the right bit it'll sink a 5/8"x6" hole in concrete in about 10 seconds with little effort, which is pretty good. If you're a pro contractor I'd probably buy something better. But if you're a DIYer trying to avoid calling a pro for a job out of the range of a standard hand-held tool this is really nice to have. It'll tackle a surprising amount of work for something so cheap.

This is a quality home use unit.
Using the hammer and turn mode, the bit goes easily through concrete.

Amazed
I had to drill 9, seven inch deep, half inch diameter holes in cement to anchor a sill plate with concrete expansion bolts. My 18V cordless hammer drill took an hour to drill 3 inches for the first hole. My neighbor's heavy duty variable speed drill was worse. This drill in rotary mode (hammer drill) took 30 seconds to drill each hole !!! It was easy to insert my SDS plus 1/2 inch carbide concrete drill bit (Milwaukee) which I had used in my other drills with little success. Another major plus was that I had to use minimal downward pressure. I drilled all 9 holes in less than 10 minutes, including blowing out the hole. I would give this tool a perfect score for heavy duty drilling chores.

Worth the $
I don't give rating of five stars. Please ask for a review in six months. But a pleasant surprise. Comfortable to the hand while in a fairly tight space when I put it to use. Appreciated all as advertised for performance, while drilling piolet holes for rebar. Made several holes in a matter of minutes and didn't have to take as many breaks . The unit functioned as advertised. Like knowing I get a two year warranty, that helped making the purchase worth the risk.
