Very satisfied with how easy these trays are to use. I've had other "moldable" trays that were not nearly as good as this. The instructions are very clear. I like that they suggest you practice how to insert the molds and use your mouth suction to get them to form closely to your teeth. I would definitely follow this step, as it really did help. The trays are comfortable. Not as fancy and perfectly molded like the ones from the dentist, but these are a great option for a budget price. They suit me perfectly fine & work well. I would recommend these.

I bought this to use with a prescribed dental whitening agent but did not want to pay for professional trays to be made. I had some otc trays that you can buy anywhere but they are uncomfortable and I wanted something I can sleep in.These come nicely and professionally packaged with good and simple instructions. There are 2 sets called standard or extra soft. The instructions are the same for either. I just first placed them in my mouth to see which ones seemed to feel better. The first step involves placing in mouth and sucking-this is to get the practice in which is absolutely needed to get the right fit when you go to the real thing. So do it!! Then you boil some water. Dip them in as instructed until they seem to wilt-take them out immediately after 5-10 sec. Don't leave them in too long. The first time I did it I left in too long and it melted/folded over on the back part of my teeth before it could even mold. Though I tried again I couldn't to get it to remold after that misstep. So I did another one...so it is nice that there are more to retry with. I was most nervous to place something in my mouth that had just come out of boiling hot water so I was timid. This wasn't an issue at all and would have saved me from redoing a time or two-so don't be afraid of that. It won't burn you. Then suck-that's where the practice comes in lol! I suggest using the molds that feel the most uncomfortable at first for your mess up that will probably happen. After I got the hang of it (I had to redo twice) they are comfortable and stay on my teeth and in my mouth with no effort. For the price it can't be beat. And unless you just totally melt them down (like me) too much before they even reach your mouth you can repeat the process until you get the right fit. I do recommend.

Update:So I FINALLY got them to work. I had to put the water to a full boil although the directions say not too. After 10 seconds in the water, they were more moldable than before. Unfortunately when I went to put them in my mouth to fold, my back teeth folded over the edges on 3 of themBut they are doable and still much better than the insane price the dentist wants to chargeI had high hopes for this as it seemed to have the best reviews out of all of the ones I looked at.But I don't know what in the world is happening. They don't do anything. The don't wilt, certainly no worries about folding in. I was hopeful they would mold to my teeth anyways but nope.I left them in longer. I made the water full boil.They didn't move.After 3 trays I gave up and decided I was being punkd

I was searching for a whitening tray that was easy to use, easy to mold, quality product, and at a great price. These fit all my needs. I received 4 trays...2 standard and 2 extra soft. I started with the extra soft. Following directions, they molded easily and immediately re-molded just as easily when I wasn't happy with my first attempt. I will save the standards trays for later. I apply whitening gel, then sleep while wearing one mold, alternating upper and lower. I like the extra protection of the thickness as I grind my teeth at night. The company offers free replacement trays should trouble arise while molding.

First off, how well they whiten really depends on what you put in them. But getting the shape right has to be done too, for which I was wrongly skeptical. I boiled water in an electric teakettle, then filled a small gladware plastic container. Then with a thermometer I monitored the temp until it fell to about 180. Then I dipped the tray in long enough for the rims to start curling over inwards. If you don't see that, I think maybe it's not been long enough. At seven seconds for sure, but I'd say ten. Then I just followed the instructions I was skeptical about, which most importantly means pulling you upper lip taut on the tray by pulling with your thumb and index finger, one pulling on each side of your mouth to stretch your lip, all while creating a vacuum that draws your cheeks in, and holding for 30 seconds. And yes, as instructed,don't bite down. I was amazed how good of a fit resulted.

Really easy to mold the trays to your teeth and this kit comes with really detailed instruction. My teeth whitening solution is 20% because I worried about tooth sensitivity. After whitening 5 times for two-three hours each,I still have no sensitivity and teeth look really good

While the packaging on this product is very very nice, thats about where it ends. The mouth pieces are too small to cover my teeth. I have used many of these types of products before and with these, like all of the others the directions are straightforward and easy. However, do to the small size of the product it is pretty much impossible to mold to your teeth. You basically have to choose teeth to not be in the mold. For teeth whitening, I imagine its pretty important for the mouthpiece to cover the entire tooth top to bottom, this doesn't. I have average sized teeth, nothing crazy. I knew as soon as I opened it, I was scammed.
