Pleased with these ramps which I got after returning the shorter, non-foldable, version (which proved too short, see my review of that). Assembled and used for the first time today, so time will tell on durability. Some points to note:1. Assembly a bit fiddly, the instruction manual is basic, illustrations hard to read without a magnifying glass. That said the information is there, recommend a careful read and use of safety gloves and clothing when assembling and using, as there are very sharp areas that can cause injury. Quality seems OK on initial inspection, all machined holes lined up exactly. Supplied hardware was correct (presumed stainless), nuts were of 13mm locknut hex type, bolt heads slightly larger and marked '48'.2. Make sure the indented hinge joint on one half lines up with the two studs on the other half, otherwise the angle between the two halves will be too great. When correctly seated the two halves are only 10-15 degrees 'off straight line' THIS SOULD BE CLEARLY STATED IN THE DESCRIPTION).3. Handled a Viking lawn mower like a breeze. I also tried walking up and down each ramp separately and they felt stable at my weight (about 70kg).

As ramps for my wife's mobility scooter they are great.The handles for carrying them are a different story. They keep slipping off, sometimes when I have been carrying them into position or storing them back indoors. They need a redesign.

These are sturdy but quite heavy, I suppose you can't have one without the other.They do their job well in supporting an 80kg scooter. My only gripe is the silicone covers on the rods which you place on the vehicle you're loading into. They have split after two uses and I have had to put tape on the rods instead.So far, they have stayed in place well. They come with two hooked straps, which you can attach to something in your vehicle and the ramps to help keep the ramps in place.

Great product! This is extremely well built and sturdy. I was well impressed and it fair exceeded my expectations. Don’t hesitate to purchase. They look and feel like they will last a lifetime

These ramps don’t come assembled and we had great difficulty in getting the ramps to work just using the nuts bolts and washers provided and the instructions are negligible..You need an extra spacing washer between the two parts (which is fiddly to fit) otherwise they will not lock into place or fold. Looking down the reviews others have had the same problem and returned the product multiple times until they got two working ramps but a thicker spacing washer does the trick. Once this is sorted the ramps are very sturdy and lock into position with a reassuring clunk and fold back down with the same clunk so there’s no danger of trapped fingers. The edges are sharp so I’ve put an edge protector strip on them so I can handle them without gloves.

I bought this pair of ramps to get my Skooter in and out of my house, absolutely perfect, they reach right over the doorstep and the threshold too. i had expected to need to buy an extra threshold mini ramp but no, these have plates on them that take care of that problem, nothing else required. They are very strong and also good looking, they easy carry me and my Skooter and can be driven on. Good grip on them if a little sharp on the grips edges. amazing for such a low price. 13 & 14mm spanner required and assembled in 15 minutes. oh and ordered on a sunday and arrived on a tuesday for free without prime. i have to say i love them.

These are excellent pair of ramps, Using them to put a large mobility scooter into the back of an estate car.Putting them together wasn't too much of a problem, only issue was the diagram in the instructions was so small, I missed some washers out at first.Using them has been good, the only draw back is when unfolded they are not perfectly flat so the bottom half is at a steeper angle than then top half, which is tricky pushing the scooter up.Other than that, excellent value for money.I would put something under the ramps where they rest on the bumper/back of the car just to protect from scratches, I used part of the box they came in.

I wish I had read some of the reviews for these ramps. I pulled my very light quad bike up these ramps. Going up the first half and both of them simply buckled and made my quad tip over backwards.I will need to straighten them out and reinforce them with lengths of scaffolding. I would never buy them again. I have decided to put them out for the scrap metal men, I think they come my way each Wednesday or Thursday. I can't really afford to just waste over £100, but this time I have to.
