Will this crimp 14mm vials?

No. It is also the worst crimper I’ve ever used. I ended up throwing it away!

It says the rubber stoppers for and they flip caps come with it but does the vial come with it

I do not think so. I purchased this same crimper but the description specifically stated that it included vial's and it cost more. This one doesn't.

Description says crimper is 13 mm; caps are listed as 20 mm. Do these work with this crimper?

I believe that would be two different crimpers, one is designed for 13mm and the other one is designed for 20mm.
