This B-complex (as do others)contains a miniscule amount of vitamins.Does anyone know of an all-in-1 brand with higher concentrations of "B" complex?

Miniscule? RDA can be the bare minimum not to get ill, but the amount here is plentiful, many times the RDA from a reputable brand. Yes of course there are other products with a lot higher levels, just look. B vitamin support can be very helpful, I am guessing you will probably pass the higher levels when you go to the bathroom since your body can only use so much at one time.
