I read an article that suggested taking this for food cravings and I must admit it helped a LOT. definitely helped with anxiety as well. I would buy again but the dosage means that the bottle only lasts not quite 6 days depending on how much you take (I was taking 3 doses a day as suggested on the bottle), and to me that's just annoying. if it came in bulk I might buy again. I did not have a problem removing the pills as I understood that you simply keep cap on, hold the bottle upside-down, and twist till the balls come out. then remove the cap and eat. it IS a good product, but super bothersome for not even a weeks worth of pills.

I can’t get the bottle to dispense the little pills so I can use it. It was recommended for my cat that has been having an issue with her eye. I won’t know if it works because I can’t get them out of this contraption to find out.
