So I read the reviews talking about that this was not really origami paper and I agree. I was only doing a simple folded rose pattern, but for anything for intricate, like a paper crane, this would be a nightmare to use. It really is thick like construction paper. I’ve used Toyo brand before, it was gold origami paper and it was MUCH thinner than this. There are instructions for making a more complicated paper folded rose in the package, but I HIGHLY doubt you would be able to pull this off with the paper included.

Gorgeous colors! Texture is similar to construction paper, so it takes more force to fold and is more likely to tear than standard origami paper. But I love the rich colors, and I especially love that both sides are colored.

This paper is great and I love the colors it comes in. Be aware though that if you are creating something with tons of fold this may not work as well. It is thick paper and leave as crisp and thin of an edge.

We used this paper to make roses, and they turned out beautifully.

Nice variety of tones and a good heavy stock. Made for some really nice origami work.

Too hard to fold ORIGAMI unlike Japanese wasi

Just finished making our entire wedding floral arrangements out of origami using this paper. Saved a ton of money and it looks beautiful too!
