We order regularly. Finer flakes and minimal seeds in comparison to regular red pepper flakes. Great flavor and spice level.

I put spice on everything I eat prettymuch. Red pepper is very much on the mild side for me, I can dump on a bunch, and it's not all that spicy, just adds a little kick.I've gone through several of these sized jars in the past year. I'd have to say aver eating several pounds of the regular grind, this is really the way to go. It's easier to use (easier to spread out more evenly, due to small size of the grind), and provides about the same amount of heat as regular crushed red pepper.The flavor is probably as good as any I've had. As an added benefit, doesn't seem to get caught in your teeth like the standard size (I hate picking them out of my teeth and gums).Give it a try, good stuff!

My husband can't have seeds. I have looked and looked for dried peppers without seeds. These are perfect. Nice and bright red, taste good, perfect for pepping up pizza, tomato sauces, etc. Not sure how they do it, but absolutely no seeds. It's a big container, enough to share.

We were on vacation recently and fell in love with margaritas that have a spicy salt rim. I was then on the hunt - searching for red pepper that is crushed finer than “red pepper flakes”, yet not to the point that it’s a powder. And viola I found it here! This is perfect! I mix a little into the margarita salt and boom it’s like I’m on vacation again! It gives a nice kick without being overbearing, of course you can fine tune the heat by adjusting how much you use. It’s a larger container than I really need but that’s ok, I’ll use it for cooking etc.

II one really wants to spice things up, it takes a lot of this stuff to do it. It is also very finely chopped. I think I like my crushed red peppers less finely chopped. As someone who eats a lot of crushed red pepper, I can add that the overall flavor isn't bad, but I have had better.

I f You like crushed pepper on pasta, etc. and are tired of paying good money for mostly seeds, buy these !I just tried some for the first time and I am greatly pleased with the product. Finely chopped, no seeds,just hot enough, and great tasting. Also the biggest container of dried crushed pepper I've ever seen.The 12 ounce container should last Me a long time.

Nice heat and texture without the big white seeds. Just what I wanted.

I have to avoid seeds for digestive reasons. I use crushed red pepper in everything, so I was excited to find this seedless version. It doesn't sacrifice heat by omitting the seeds, they're just not whole. It's double cut, so the little seeds are chopped up into tiny pieces and don't get stuck in the little pockets that people with diverticulitis have in the intestines. Sorry, icky, but this solves the problem. Yummy spice in all of my food!
