It's good but I prefer UK Marmite
It's easier to spread and slightly sweeter than UK Marmite. I could see how many prefer this but now that I've tried it I do prefer the original UK one.

The American Perspective: NZmite or Vegemite
I only recently started using yeast spreads, and I'll offer one of the more impartial opinions. So what is Marmite like and how does it compare to Vegemite? The first thing I noticed about Marmite is like a grease while Vegemite is like a solid fudge. Marmite is thick enough that you could turn the jar upside down and it wouldn't fall out, but eventually it would eventually submit to gravity. This makes it easier to spread on toast compared to Vegemite.Taste:Of the two, Marmite is far more palatable to your average person. It's sweeter than Vegemite, and it's more neutral. I like Vegemite too, but if I were to introduce a person to a yeast spread, I'd use this stuff because it's easier to enjoy.Vegemite has a strong salty taste, you can easily overpower what you use it on if you add too much. Marmite is not as potent. My verdict is that if you want to try a yeast spread, start out with this stuff. It's much more forgiving if you use too much, and the plastic jar means you wont have to worry about it breaking in shipping (I prefer vegemite glass jar, but I've had jars break). If you like vegemite you'll be fine with Marmite (you might have preferences, but this stuff wont disgust you). If you hate Marmite, you'll hate Vegemite for sure.

Same as in New Zealand
My husband is a kiwi who has only been in America for a couple years now and this has been a godsend for him. It's a taste of home because it's the exact same stuff sold in New Zealand. It literally is. The label is all metric, it's not labeled for America. It's exactly what we would buy at Countdown in Hamilton. So, if you're a kiwi longing for a marmite and cheese sandwich, this is the stuff. As a side note, if you're looking for reduced cream for kiwi dip, Nestle makes one here called media crema or table cream. You can find it in the Mexican food aisle at most grocery stores.

Nope
It wasn’t what I expected and tried similar but this is way different and says returnable and NOPE. I should have only done one so I would be only out price of one

Easier to use
As others have said it’s sweeter less tangy or strong than the usual marmite.Plastic jar makes for easier access to contents and it spreads easier
