It’s quite mattifying, lasts a long time and has a decent shade range. However, I find that it doesn’t mix well with silicone primers (generally pore-filling primers) and can go patchy in combination with the primer. Therefore, I would use it with a moisturising water based primer! If your skin is dry, you ought to moisturise very well first. It’s not uncomfortably matte but it clings to very dry patches. The texture is nice and very skin-like. However, I find that the shades all seem to have pinkish undertones so make sure you do some research before choosing a colour to make sure it’s what you want!
