The best noodles!
My favorite noodles! These are fat, and chewy. Delicious! I add 2 packages to chicken or shrimp stir-fries, and I make a delicious vegetarian soup adding 3 packages of udon to a mushroom/miso base, adding bok choy, shitakes, onions, ginger, garlic, soy sauce, toasted sesame oil, and sesame seeds. So good! And you don’t even need to cook them. I just add them directly to stir-fries as long as there is plenty of sauce.

So good
Use these to make yako udon, amazing quality and thickness, taste good and the texture is fine. Great value for the price, and easy to use.

Best Bang for Your Buck for tasty precooked udon (boil a few minutes first).
I eat these multiple times a week and have never had any issue regarding unusual tastes. Remember, these are precooked and made to be BOILED a few minutes (to your preferred tenderness) before adding to your Japanese Soup Base -OR- covered in a heated Curry soup/stew (use curry roux cubes … quick recipes on YouTube or internet Japanese recipes like “Just One Cookbook” website for Curry Udon.)

Stir Fry Udon Love
These Udon Noodles make Asian cooking so simple. You can focus on the protein and the vegetables while you just heat up the udon noodles in some boiling water right at the end. I even add some pho soup broth cubes to the water to help add some flavor to the udon noodles, again just super easy.

Really good product.
The convenience factor is absolutely great. Fast cooking time, room temp storage and shelf life great. Texture is just perfect (don't cook 2-3 min, less is better if you want a firm texture), absorbs flavors well. Price is only very slightly higher than dry Udon noodles but at 2 cents more per oz I am just fine with that.

Good, not the best.
I thought these would be an easy alterative to frozen udon noodles. They're not even close to as good.If you've only had dried Udon noodles these are a good upgrade, and super fast to cook. They are a significant downgrade from fresh or frozen and way overpriced.

Wonderful noodles
We have a hard time sourcing fresh udon without driving miles. These make a great substitute when the drive just isn't feasible, and I love having them in the pantry.
