Easy to use and seals tile and grout very easily. Can’t see it after applying.

This product does all it claims to do on a old tile floor. Product sealed, protects, and help beautify a 27 year old tile floor. Ease of use and I was amazed as too how much liquid tile floors absorb! As advertised! Excellent!

Great except it's more for grout renual not exactly for original grout sealent

I have been trying to find a tile and grout sealer that isn't crazy expensive and still effective. This stuff fit the bill. The hardest part was cleaning the tile. But once it was clean this went on very smooth. I did two coats. I am very pleased with the results. Messes are very easy to clean up now with just a damp mop or towel.

I've spent a lot of money on other sealants, which makes it difficult to keep up with maintenance. This stuff works great and is a great buy. I repainted all of the grout lines in my kitchen and then used this to seal the floor, twice. After finish mopping, the floor looks amazing and seems to be holding up really well. Very happy!

I didn’t use this to clean my grout but I did use it to seal my grout. It was easy to use and I like the results

get enough to do your area..., thought I'd scrimp a little and get a quart for about 300 feet. It DOES discolor the grout lines. Makes them darker, which is good for me, but the areas where not applied as liberally as others, suffers loss of darkness. For uniformed protection read the label and dont have re-order like me! :)
