Measure about 9" wide at elastic band. 18" long. Tapers to about 4-5" at the bottom of the bag, Very small and tight even for a 9 year old with shoulder length box braids. The band is nice and wide. The colors are beautiful. Material is thin and satiny. They are tight, which could be a good thing depending on your situation. Did not allow her hair to fall naturally inside the bag, which is how she feels comfortable.

They look really nice but really tight. It is giving pure headache because of the tightness of the elastic. They are great for a child or someone with very small head.
