The Lorax

This is one of my favorite books from my childhood so I wanted to have an English copy. For those who don’t know it’s a unique book who among other things teaches about saving the environment and being thoughtful to others. It’s a great lesson.

This story was a gift for a friend who had never read it. The book manages to be both entertaining and meaningful as well as has visual appeal. It carries an important message about caring for our planet and the consequences if we do not. My friend loved the story and its meaning

Great quality hard cover book no complaints!

I love this book. It is a really great message to teach kids and the artwork is really colorful and whimsical. I read it to my baby so she can hear words and look at the pictures, but obviously for understanding the story this is better for older kids.

Can you really go wrong with a Dr. Seuss book?

Dr. Seuss is the best at taking complex issues like environmental degradation and making them simple for everyone-what a gift!

This book is still relevant and children still enjoy it. Good way to explain the connections between corporate greed, mindless consumerism, and ecological issues to children in a non-scary or preaching way. I love all the made up words and rhymes too. This is just miles better than the movie that added in so much to make it movie length.

One of our favorite Dr suess books with so much lesson and meaning behind it. Bright beautiful illustrations throughout. Great addition to our home library. A good lesson that all of our actions, the good and the bad, have the power to affect not only ourselves, but all of those around us.
