This is great for adding to baked goods. Just don't use too much as it can become gritty. I used half a cup in date nut bread! High in calcium!

I needed more gluten free iron rich breakfast options and wanted to try teff. Glad I did! Followed a recipe off line. Turned out tasty. Unique taste that I like. I let it soak overnight and cook in the morning. I bought a very fine mesh strainer to clean because the grain is microscopic.Top with mangos, honey, Pistachios, pecans, Greek yogurt, etc inturn a great breakfast option. I buy every month.

This is a pleasant mildly nutty, (when toasted gently prior to adding water) flavored cereal . It has a texture that needs to be cooked like semolina and has a similar consistency as desired.

I add teff to jasmine rice for extra nutrition and wonderful taste. This brand is high quality, fresh, and a fair price.

I purchased the whole grain teff because I wanted another option for a hot cereal for breakfast other than oats. It has a good flavor, but, because it requires rinsing before use, it becomes a bit complicated in preparation. I don't have a sieve small enough to keep the tiny grains from falling through when trying to rinse. I had to line my sieve with a coffee filter or cheese cloth which got messy. It is a healthy ancient grain but not worth the headache of using whole.

always loved this ancient grain. Great taste, texture. Boil water put in teff and let it cook, add whatever you like, can't go wrong.

I love this product! We buy in bulk as we eat this most mornings for breakfast. It is ready in 15 minutes! A great hot “cereal” and we add banana, almond butter, cinnamon and a little maple syrup. I continue to buy this product!
