Arrived very quickly. Value for money. Remember to keep them in the bottle with the little sachet or they fall into powder. Trying this formation instead of citrate as it upsets my tummy but i sleep better and wake more refreshed (and have less leg cramps) when i take magnesium. Will update after taking for a few weeks. They are easier to take than my magnesium citrate bricks and no flavour when you take them unlike the citrate i have taken for the last year or so

I’ve found adding magnesium to my daily diet has helped me with digestion and bathroom habits.I take three pills a day at this moment.My only negative is how crumbly the pills are and if left out of the container for any time they break down.

probably about a third of the tablets arrived in crumbling pieces or powder. Are they even OK to use? I don't feel I can trust them and they are heading for the bin.

Been taking these for a few weeks and noticed a difference over the last week. No nasty taste which helps!

Not happy as the tablets are very crumbly so I won't be ordering again

I found them hard to swallow, also they are crumbling in the jar, would not buy them again.
