Words with Friends Luxe comes with a board that rotates like a lazy susan. Makes taking turns easy. The letter tiles are yellow just like on the phone app. It is a glorified scrabble game for the younger generation. The tiles are placed and secure on the board. It allows you to go on your phone and download an app that will help you keep score, thus the phone insert slot in your own letter holder. We were unable to download it on our phones. It doesn't give you a direct link, only the website information. It comes with a bag to keep all the tiles in place for storage and to mix them up during game play. Again, just like scrabble. It's a nice sturdy game board, the letter holders are curved, but doesn't seem to bug me as much as the yellow color of the tile. They are almost three dimensional and I don't like looking at them too long. It's the dimension and color that it too much combined. The game also doesn't give you a score sheet and pencil. Which would have been quite helpful if you don't have a phone to download the score app. Gameplay is long and tedious as expected. I would recommend it.

The game is a great addition for those that love crossword type games and Scrabble. Had missed the social interaction when I played online but this brings it back and is great for team play as well.

For those that have enjoyed playing Words With friends on the Internet this is a chance to play with up to four players. Nice rotating board with good looking tiles that are held in place by a grid of ridges. A smart phone app is available that will assist in keeping score and other useful functions. I just gifted this to my sister-in law so I don't know how that works yet.

This was bought as a Christmas gift for my children. Very good product, at a competitive price. The only complaint I have is the delivery cost was more than the game. A approx $20 game was over $40 once you included the S&H.

I love my on-line game. Not so happy with the board version. This card with the ultimate play pack code on it does not work. The link they give you does not exist to get the word-o-meter, tile pile and The Count. I don't understand how to access this. Otherwise, it's just another scrabble game.

Well worth the extra money for the turn table. Love this game! Always have lots of fun with family and friends playing this game and now it is even easier since we can turn the board!

crappy plastic pieces that don't fit well at all...a waste when you can't play it because of it.

Loved this game online, to be fair not that much different to scrabble but this seems much more fun and entertaining. There is a slight added twist in play, which you will enjoy.Absolutely fab for game night or even with your partner of a quiet evening to pass the time and relieve the boredom.Simple gameplay rules, use your tiles to make words on the board. The more you excel and use higher point squares, the more likely you will be the mighty wordsmith.I started with this on Facebook, and I don't usually play online games, I gave it a try just out of boredom, when I received a floating request from a friend. It really is better than scrabble, much more fun, and of course can even help improve your vocabulary. You'll be amazed what words can materialise out the corners of your mind and that of your partner when you play Words With Friends.

All the family love playing scrabble and spotted this one. The turntable is a brilliant idea and have had many an enjoyable game - Grandson thinks it brilliant and we like using the orange plastic smooth letters. Well made product and comes in a sturdy box with a handle which makes the set is easy to store.

We set this up on Boxing Day & the whole family got into teams & played with ages ranging from 10 - 75 years old = great fun. We haven't set up the online connection yet - this is done via a code on a little card found within the box, which could get lost (erhem I did for a few hours lol) so be careful is doesn't get thrown away...nevertheless we enjoyed it & definitely glad I chose this over Scrabble :-)

a good price to pay for a quality product, it should last for years and give hours of pleasure to all.
