What the devil is up with the two packaging lugs on the bottom of the tank????? They don't screw off or detatch at all.

They do screw off. DON’T SNAP THEM OFF. Use the screw driver which came with the tanks and unscrew the mounting pillars from the bottom of the tank

somehow my son programmed one remote to both tanks. how to i reprogram remotes?

turn off tank. turn on controller. hold down lock button on controller and turn tank back on while hoding button down. Sometimes it takes more than one try.

Search "poco divo tank" and you'll see that you can buy the Pershing separately. You can also search "heng long tank" and you'll see the Sherman as well separately. They're a lot more expensive separately than in the two set.
