BLUE ELEPHANT Thai Premium Jasmine Rice 500Gram

I read an article on traditional medicine that Jasmine rice can improve digestion so thought of trying this:The rice itself is a little stickier than normal but I handled it precisely as the instructions, and it turned out fluffy. I prepared two dishes so far from it, vegetable fried rice and rice pudding. Both turned out delicious. The delicate aroma of rice filled my home when I was cooking and that made the whole process of cooking quite relaxing and enjoyable.I and my family enjoyed the food and would be definitely buying more for a special occasion.

Excellent jasmine rice but very expensive! If you’re willing to splurge to cater to the craving then go for it!

Very good and tasty rice

Below are my aberrations or experiences using this jasmine rice.👉This is a long grain variety of rice that has a subtle floral aroma and a soft, sticky texture when cooked.👉The grains are also shorter and thicker than basmati rice.👉As this rice was ready and cooked, our whole house speeded with its aroma.👉But we liked kheer (sweet pudding) of it. Below is the steps to do it.👇Wash jasmine rice for 2 times and cook in cooker by adding 4 cup water for 1 cup rice. After its ready, Add coconut milk, jaggery, cardamom powder and little salt and boil it for 2 minutes. You can also add cashew and other dry fruits by frying in a ghee.

Not happy with the quality. No fragrance at all .

The rice is good. But it has no extra ordinary fragrance. Plus on top of it, it is expensive also.

The rice is flavorful and tastes good with any dish. It has a pleasant aroma which enhances taste of any dish with the rice.It has a longer cooking time than regular rice and is quite sticky in texture (after cooking). The grains become slightly long upon cooking.Packaging was nice and premium.
